Understanding your result
An upload form asking for 600 × 600 pixels needs those exact dimensions. Fit keeps the full image with white padding; Fill uses a centre crop. Compare the prepared copy with the form's size and format requirements before uploading it. Inspect faces and text near the edges after cropping.
What to do if you have a problem
If the byte limit is still exceeded, reduce dimensions when the destination allows it. Select Output format to match the portal, and check Maximum file size (KB). A very low limit may be impossible at the required dimensions. Read the status before using the download.
