Understanding your result
Trimming and removing repeated lines can turn a pasted list into a cleaner version for reuse. Selected whitespace changes happen before duplicate matching, so lines that originally differed in spaces may become equal. Compare the output with the original before replacing a list.

If meaningful indentation or blank lines disappear, disable the relevant cleanup option and retry from the original text. If repeats remain, inspect case and punctuation. Save the result after checking a few representative lines, including an entry with unusual spacing.
